Approved unanimous.</p><p class="">&nbsp;</p><p class="">Pickle ball court:</p><p class="">&nbsp;</p><p class="">Courts Fore Sports rep attended meeting - Jason Miller</p><p class="">Cement-all is recommended skim-coat&nbsp; Jason will do this. However, it is his opinion that water got under the concrete due to lack of fill dirt up against the original concrete pour and created the crack. Recommends immediate fill dirt as he recommended.&nbsp; Board requests a quote for the extension of the court and fencing. The local option sales and services tax will be applicable only to the portion of the City of Walford within Linn County and only residents of the City of Walford in Linn County may vote on the measure.</p><p class="">Discussion was held regarding requested fireworks permit. Council members voiced concerns with noise, cleaning of trash, and setting a precedence for future request. Ball is not bouncing true.&nbsp; Follow up with Courts Fore Sports to occur.&nbsp; Suggestion to have rep come during gameplay to see what alternatives to correct can be pursued.</p><p class="">&nbsp;Court ends are not far enough from the out of bounds lines, additional 4' of length of each end are proposed by the playing league in order to enable space to allow movement and typical game play.</p><p class="">Propose city maintenance place fill soil around concrete pad of pickle ball court to mitigate the &nbsp;
