Roll Call: Unanimous</p><p class="">Several citizens were present&nbsp;to discuss an additional pickleball court as well as the future of&nbsp;the city youth sports programs.</p><p class="">Ellis&nbsp;moved approval of the minutes from&nbsp;12/9,&nbsp;seconded by&nbsp;Jones.&nbsp;Roll Call:&nbsp;Ellis, Greiner &amp; Jones. Bergmeier abstained</p><p class="">Ellis&nbsp;moved approval of&nbsp;the&nbsp;12/31&nbsp;Treasurers Report, seconded by&nbsp;Bergmeier.&nbsp;Roll Call: Unanimous&nbsp;</p><p class="">Bergmeier&nbsp;moved approval of&nbsp;the&nbsp;January&nbsp;expenditures, seconded by&nbsp;Greiner.&nbsp;Roll Call: Unanimous</p><p class="">Linn County Sheriff’s report dated 12/9-1/13 received &amp; placed on file. There were 28 calls for service.</p><p class="">Sewer Delinquency report placed on file.</p><p class="">Chad from ION Environmental Services was onsite to deliver report.</p><p class="">Lengthy discussion was held regarding&nbsp;possible Parks &amp; Rec Coordinator.</p><p class="">Ellis&nbsp;moved&nbsp;to fill&nbsp;the&nbsp;City Council&nbsp;Vacancy&nbsp;by appointment, seconded by&nbsp;Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous</p><p class="">Bauer&nbsp;announced&nbsp;the appointment of Amy Ellis as Mayor Pro-Tem</p><p class="">Bergmeier&nbsp;moved to approve the&nbsp;V&amp;K ESA for 2026 Asphalt Program, seconded by&nbsp;Ellis.&nbsp;</p><p class="">Roll Call: Unanimous</p><p class="">Ellis&nbsp;moved to approve&nbsp;hiring a Part Time&nbsp;Parks &amp; Rec Coordinator with a review in 6 months&nbsp;to decide viability, seconded by&nbsp;Jones.
